My current and best-ever manager is starting to bring us out of the current utilisation cycle. Apart from that confirming the exemplary ability of my current manager, coming out of this cycle - for usual reasons, which are always predicted/pointed out at the start of each cycle by some of us, this confirms the reality of those problems.
I don't know who the hell keeps pushing utilisation rates, but I wish they'd get in better touch with reality.
