Changing careers

I meant to put this in my recent post about policing where I mentioned Jim Cairns, who changed from being a police officer to, ultimately, an MP. 

From an article on changing jobs, interesting advice to start by focus on connecting with similarly inclined people. 

I will keep that in mind, given the ongoing - and debilitating - nightmare around registration of engineers.
