Another example activism email: giving feedback on good things

Unless you want to be as one-sided and abusive as bigots, it is important to also tell MPs when you think they, or instruments of government are doing well. As an example of that, consider the following news item from this week*s coming news post:

In celebration of that, I sent the following email to my local state MP: 

Dear Member for _,   

I was very favourably impressed by the apology by the Chief Commissioner for the role of Victoria Police in the Stolen Generations, as reported at the link below. I have also watched the video of his apology: it was genuine, comprehensive, and thorough, and sets, in my opinion, the scene for a better future.   

If appropriate, please convey this to the Ministers for Equality and Police.
