Yesterday I attended another event in support of the Yes case for the referendum on a Voice to the Parliament. It was an excellent event, and left me with more hope that the referendum will succeed.
One thing that was mentioned was a racist act of great harm from the past: the abolition of ATSIC by the thoroughly evil John Howard and the now showing his true colours in the One Nation Party, then leader of the ALP, Mark Latham.
As with so much of John Howard's evil, Australia's soul, people, and society have never truly recovered.
