An MP is considering making a complaint about Parliament being a hostile and unsafe workplace because an incident of racist abuse.
That is an action I've had suggested I should take in response to LGBTIQA+ abuse in the workplace over the years - although this action in 2013 may be more effective these days.
There is progress being made, and, in one sense that is a problem, as I feel less willing to make complaints - and yet I am still living with the accumulated damage of decades of abuse - with no prospect of an apology ...
And that applies to all groups who have suffered in workplaces - so should businesses be considering an apology for past abuses?
