Once again, Africa is putting the rest of the world to shame ...

Africa has a long history of behaving with greater compassion than the rest of the world - especially with regard to refugees and internally displaced people, but also with the genocide cases brought by The Gambia  against  Myanmar/Burma, and South Africa  against  Israel (and irrespective of the merits of those cases, or ones opinion about the merits, they took action when the rest of the world would not)

And now Kenya has provided realistic, practical, much-needed help to Haiti.

Thank you, and well done Kenya, The Gambia, and South Africa ... and the African philosophy of Ubuntu.

Note that, as with my main blog [see here], I am cutting back on aspects of my posts.

Remember: we need to be more human being rather than human doing, and all misgendering is an act of active transphobia/transmisia that puts trans+ lives at risk & accept that all insistence on the use of “trans” as a descriptor comes with commensurate use of “cis” as a descriptor to prevent “othering”.
