A major win for trans+ rights

The following result to a court case brought under the Sex Discrimination Act is a major step forward for trans+ (trans and gender diverse) rights in Australia - a step that will likely only be further strengthened by the positive duty requirement of that act.

I’m not going to publish any links to the gender flat earther rubbish - their hate has had far too much air time as it is. 

However, it is going to be vital for businesses, government departments on all levels, and other organisations to accept that they should have been complying with the law that was passed in 2013. If they have not been complying with that law for the last 11 years, they need to do so AS A MATTER OF URGENCY!!!
