Doing a Joe Biden

Joe Biden was not a perfect  President of the USA. Yes, he accomplished a great deal that was constructive (e.g., see “This Is Government Working For You”   https://youtube.com/shorts/wLMSbOaFNSs   and      “Who Has Your Back In the Workplace?”   https://youtube.com/shorts/gxldT82_LoA   ), but he also:

• implemented the abandonment of Afghanistan - especially Afghan women and minorities - that his evil predecessor has set up; 

• enabled the genocide in Gaza; and 

• there were previous decisions prior to becoming President that are flawed (such as supporting Bush’s illegal and ill-advised invasion of Iraq - which the world is still paying the price for).
  

However, he also withdrew from the campaign for next President of the USA - an act that put the interests of that nation, and the many other nations influenced (whether they want it or not) by the USA’s reach, ahead of his personal ambition/interest.

It was an act of ethical behaviour that I consider should enter everyday lexicography with it’s own phrase: 

“doing a Joe Biden” for putting the interests of others ahead of oneself - especially in politics
