Let me begin by remembering, complimenting, and thanking those managers who have been good - the ones who stopped the abuse, who gave me - albeit fleetingly - comparable pay, who appreciated ability above sucking up / “being a “team” player (member)” ...
Unfortunately, you were a minority.
Most were just so-so - OK, bearable, but nothing particularly outstanding.
But then there were few who were absolute horrors - and for them, I have written a poem.
