Abuse of legal process

This is from the UK, and, frankly, the judge has committed what look to me like multiple abuses of process - especially around the staggeringly amathiac refusal to admit the actual motivation - that brings to mind past events such as the trial of the Chicago 7. The UN was right to be concerned and to intervene.

I may add more commentary to this, but for now the articles are:
